Remember, Bali can get very hot these days, and the sun is particularly strong between 11am and 3pm!
Please protect yourself and being sunsmart 'slip, slop, slap'. Slip on a shirt, Slop on the 30+ sunscreen, Slap on a hat
Research has shown that too much ultraviolet (UV) radiation causes sunburn, which can lead to skin cancer, and those cancers can be deadly. UV radiation can also damage your skin in other ways, causing premature ageing and wrinkles. And even if the sun doesn’t come out, and temperatures stay low, UV radiation levels can still be high enough to cause sunburn.
You can purchase sunscreen at any pharmacies. Also, keep well hydrated especially when enjoying the beach!
